A meditation on memory and perseverance, ÁLVARO follows 75 year-old South Williamsburg, Brooklyn resident Álvaro Brandon on his daily route to feed 40 stray cats living in the abandoned lots of his neighborhood.
Alvaro was created as part of the 2013-14 UnionDocs Collaborative Studio with Daniel Wilson, Alexandra Lazarowich, and Chloe Zimmerman.

Nelly's is a portrait of a family-owned flower shop in South Williamsburg. Sandwiched between elevated tracks and congested streets, this tiny oasis brings the local population together in ritual, memory and in celebration of green things. Nelly's was created as part of the UnionDocs Collaborative Studio 2013/2014 with collaborators Sam Richardson and Danya Abt and premiered at the Northside Film Festival in 2015.
